Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, as all pieces are hand made to order. Once we receive your order, it is placed in a queue to be cut and hand made in our studio in the UK. We have a 5 – 7 day lead-time on all items, and will keep you updated on the status of your order.
If your order is faulty or damaged, we are happy to either replace it or fix it depending on the fault. –We offer a free return service if this is the case and ask you to get in contact via email – Info@shaniceemily.com
