Sunglasses are dispatched 1 - 2 days after placing your order.

We send our parcels via Royal Mail, and delivery costs are added when placing your order.

If you require your order sooner than our lead time, please contact us via email, with your reference number and we will do the best we can to meet your requirements.

Not happy with your sunglasses? 

 

No problem you can return these back to us in the condition you received them, all tags must still be attached along with the pouch you received them in you will be required to cover costs if you change your mind and we will process a full refund once we receive them back. This can take up to 5 - 7 Working days.

 

If your order is faulty or damaged, we are happy to replace it. We offer a free return service if this is the case and ask you to get in contact via email – Info@shaniceemily.com
