Returns

We understand the importance of peace of mind when shopping online, We are happy to accept returns on all items, including Pre-loved Luxury.

We are confident you will love your purchase, but if you change your mind we are happy to offer a 14-day Returns period. This period starts from the date your item is delivered. 

To return your order - 

  • Contact us, Please use your Order Number/Return as the subject, email us at info@shaniceemily.com

  • Package your item. Please include all the accessories it was delivered with. (We advise you to keep the orginal postal boxes until you are satisfied with your purchase)

  • Arrange a courier to return your item to us, Items must be returned at the customer’s expense. We advise you to return your parcel via a tracked and signed for service. (we also would advise you to make sure, the item is insured to the correct purchase vaule) Please note you are responsible until we sign for your parcel, Failure to do so will result in us not being able to process your return.

  • Once your return has been recieved we will process your refund. This should take between 5-7 Working days.

 

All Items must have all original ShaniceEmily tags attached and garments should not have any signs of wear such as makeup, fake tan or the smell of perfume. Items must be returned at the customer’s expense. We advise you to return your parcel via a tracked and signed for service. Please note you are responsible until we sign for your parcel, Failure to do so will result in us not being able to process your return.

 

If your order is faulty or damaged, we are happy to either exchange or offer a refund. – We offer a free return service if this is the case and ask you to get in contact via email – Info@shaniceemily.com
