Our new duo range means you get two outfits in one, you can wear your new look more than once without worrying you already posted that cute combo.

Our new exclusive range comes in a section of colours and all pieces are double thickness for that colour change and comfort, simply flip your garment on the reverse and just like that you have a whole new look – doesn’t get much better than that.

All orders have a lead-time of 5 – 7 Days, as all pieces are hand made to order. Once we receive your order, it is placed in a queue to be cut and hand made in our studio in the UK.

We send our parcels via Royal Mail, and delivery costs are added when placing your order.

If you require your order sooner than our lead time, please contact us via email, with your reference number and we will do the best we can to meet your requirements.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, as all pieces are hand made to order. Once we receive your order, it is placed in a queue to be cut and hand made in our studio in the UK.  We have a 5 – 7 day lead-time on all items, and will keep you updated on the status of your order.

As we do not accept refunds we offer free alterations if you items are too big, however we cannot alter an item that is too small, so please double check your size via our size chart.

If your order is faulty or damaged, we are happy to either replace it or fix it depending on the fault. –We offer a free return service if this is the case and ask you to get in contact via email – Info@shaniceemily.com
